Delivery Options & Pricing

We offer two reliable delivery methods to suit your schedule:

• Standard Delivery: Delivery within 2–4 working days. Ideal for most orders. The cost is £30, but it is completely free on orders over £500.

• Express Delivery: Next-day delivery for in-stock items, provided the order is placed before 12:00 PM. The flat rate for this service is £60.

Note: The free delivery promotion applies exclusively to Standard Delivery on orders over £500.

Service Coverage & Exceptions

• Mainland UK: Our standard and express rates cover all mainland UK addresses.

• Remote Areas: For deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands, delivery times may be extended. Please contact our support team for a personalized shipping quote for these locations.

Floor Delivery & Handling

• Lift Access: If your building is equipped with a functional service lift that accommodates our goods, our couriers will bring your order directly to your door free of charge.

• Staircase Delivery: If there is no lift available, please inform us when placing your order. We can provide delivery to upper floors via stairs for an additional fee of £10 per floor to cover the extra labor required for handling heavy ceramic items safely.

Receiving Your Order

• Inspection: Upon arrival, we kindly ask you to inspect the packaging and the contents in the presence of the courier to ensure there is no transit damage.

• Reporting Issues: If any damage is discovered, please note it on the delivery document and contact us immediately. Any claims regarding physical damage must be reported at the time of delivery; claims made after the courier has left and the delivery note has been signed as received in good condition cannot be accepted.
